Lavender Latte
Description
Bring café-level calm to your day with this Lavender Latte. Smooth, floral, and lightly sweet, it’s an easy way to upgrade your latte game at home. Add a foamy swirl of lavender-infused almond milk and you’ve got yourself a sip that’s both chill and a little bit luxe. I found this recipe on Peet's website and modified it to fit my taste. Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons ground coffee
- Filtered water
- 2 tablespoons lavender syrup
- 6 ounces almond milk
- Ice
Steps
- Use to coffee and water to prepare espresso.
- Add the espresso to a glass.
- Add almond milk and syrup to a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake vigorously until foamy.
- Pour sweetened almond milk into glass, stir, and enjoy.
Notes
You can use other tools and techniques to froth the almond milk and syrup, like a blender or bullet blender, whisk, or hand frother. Or skip the froth and just pour, stir, and enjoy!

Lavender Syrup:
Heat 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water, and 1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender over medium low heat. Swirl gently until sugar is dissolved. Strain out lavender and let cool. Will keep, refrigerated, for one week.
