Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces Sassenach Gin
  • 0.5 ounce spiced pear liqueur
  • 0.5 ounce simple syrup
  • 0.5 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 large spoonful apricot jam
  • Burnt toast, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Shake all ingredients except the burnt toast with ice, then double strain.
  2. Finish with a dusting of burnt toast for a little “cannon fire.”
